Although we did not configure the Jam correctly insofar as judging/voting for a winner, Kiki & Boba was indeed the winner of Jump!/Toon Boom's first ever Game Jam! Apologies for not being able to feature you as the winner. We have solved this for all our following Jams.

This was so fun! The characters were beautifully drawn and the gameplay is so fun! It was a really good idea to use emojis for conversation as it translates across language barriers. Really good idea for dialogue. Great job with this one!

This was great! I love the simplicity of the design and how it shows a game can be made without incredibly complex graphics. Great work here!!

No need to apologize - it actually made it interesting because just when you thought you "mastered" it and got all the upgrades, it presented new timing challenges. I think you've done great work here!

I also got to the boat! Lots of potential with this one. I wonder if a stamina bar for climbing would be a good addition so that way you still have to time your jumps well? Great work!

Great effort! I like how you "revealed" the world through the walls, that was inventive! I would love to play this more so if you get the UI to work let me know!

Beautiful artwork, fun and straightforward gameplay. I was getting lost in the music and art while trying to figure out the game. Controls would stop working from time to time but I was happy to restart and replay as the beginning parts got easier with replays :)

Great work!

Took a bit to get the physics right but once you did, this was a lot of fun! Great implementation of the theme here and a relatable story. Great work!

This was an incredibly addicting game! Once I maxed out the upgrades I realized maybe I should have kept speed lower - while I was traveling further, it was harder to control! So fun. I couldn't get those last few meters to take first place though...maybe I'll try again!

Hopper at the start was so perfect! Great use of him! Can't wait to use those missiles on some bad guys in my way ;)

Art is top notch and playability is easy to grasp and get good at. The music and sound are also perfect. Great work here all around!

The opening video and story are beautiful! I was able to collect the samples, but was unsure what to do at the keyboard once I got inside the ship. I saw a tiny bit of Hopper on screen though! Overall great work and an excellent start to a much larger game!

This was a lot of fun! When you get a counter/score in place, I can see giving bonus points for chain reactions. That would require the player to think about the best way to punch the boxes together and add bonus points! Great work!

This was very well executed and had a lot of features! The music, themes, and playability were fantastic! Great work.

This is absolutely fantastic! It came a long way from the playtest you posted a while ago. Great work!

This was so good! The design and art is top notch!
